Survey & quote
We inspect the roof, check the deck and drainage, and confirm single ply is the right system for the building. You receive a clear, no-obligation written quote.
Preparing the roof
The old covering is removed where needed and the deck is checked and repaired. Insulation is laid to suit the roof and the falls direct water towards the outlets.
Membrane installation
The membrane is laid and the joints are heat-welded into one continuous waterproof layer, with upstands, outlets, and edges detailed carefully.
Sign-off & warranty
We inspect the finished roof with you and hand over your 10-year Insurance-Backed Guarantee and 20-year warranty.
